We recently had the pleasure of seeing our CEO, André Skepple, join Eric Walker-Rawson on The Big Bet Podcast (Episode 4) for a deeply important conversation around the future of neurodiversity, technology, and person-centred innovation. If you haven’t listened yet, watch it on YouTube here.
This wasn’t just a tech talk. It was a mission statement. A moment of clarity about why Full Spektrum exists and why we’re building what we’re building.

The Problem: Traditional Tech Has Failed Neurodiverse People
As Eric rightly pointed out, the current system is under strain. The NHS is overburdened, SEN provisions are struggling, and support for neurodiverse individuals remains fragmented and inconsistent. The tools that exist today weren’t designed with or by the neurodiverse community—and that’s exactly the gap Full Spektrum is closing.
The Vision: AI, Autonomy and Ubuntu
At Full Spektrum, we’re pioneering a completely new approach to neurodiversity support. André outlined our creation of an ecosystem of AI agents—what we call a “swarm”—that learns and evolves with users. This isn’t generic AI. These agents interact directly with users, gather context, access a library of support tools and knowledge, and co-create real-time, personalised solutions.
And we’re not doing this in a vacuum. Our philosophy is inspired by the African concept of Ubuntu—”I am because we are.” This ethos sits at the heart of our platform design: communal intelligence, shared learning, and collective growth.”
Innovation in Action: Data Sovereignty & Participation
One of the most radical shifts we’re embedding is data sovereignty. Full Spektrum doesn’t see people as data sources—we see them as partners. Our AI model ensures that users own their data, have a say in how it’s used, and—importantly—are rewarded when it contributes to broader solutions. You are not the product. You are the co-creator.
A Platform Built by Neurodiverse People, for Neurodiverse People
Perhaps the most important takeaway from the conversation: the neurodiverse community must be at the centre of designing solutions for themselves. Full Spektrum is not just building for neurodiverse users—we’re building with them. Our product roadmap, our workflows, our AI design—everything is shaped by neurodiverse voices and lived experiences.
“There are some groundbreaking ideas in this one…”
In Eric’s words:
This podcast episode was a snapshot of what Full Spektrum is becoming: a radical rethink of neurodiversity support through the lens of AI, community, and empowerment. We’re just getting started—and we want you with us on this journey.
